Rachael Alexandra is a dancer, choreographer, producer, visual artist, and teacher based in Maryland. Rachael began her dance training at the age of five, studying under the direction of Alycia Carlson, Jenae Jones, and Jaclyn Martin. She later trained under the direction of Sandra Atkinson, Ryan Corriston, Cynthia Thompson, and Edward Franklin. As a choreographer, Rachael is known for her theatrical interpretation of modern and contemporary dance, as well as her approach to topics of race, gender, social injustice, and family.
